Return merchandise for a replacement of the same item within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. This means that the return must be post-marked within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Customer pays for return shipping to us, but we will pay for the shipping of the replacement item back to you.


Return merchandise for a refund within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. This means that the return must be post-marked within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. There is a 15% restocking fee for all refunds. Customer pays for return shipping to us.


How to Return an Item


1) You must first contact us before sending back an item, in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Customers must obtain an RMA number within the applicable Return Policy period. Sorry, we cannot take returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.


2) Please contact us via our “Contact Us” page for a return.


3) Upon being contacted for a request for a return, we will send you an e-mail requesting the required information needed from you in order for us to issue an RMA number. Please keep a close look out for this e-mail and check your Spam folder, as sometimes e-mails get caught in Spam. You will need to reply to this e-mail within 48 hours of receiving it. If you do not reply within 48 hours, we cannot issue you an RMA number.


4) Once you reply to the email with the needed information, we will issue you an RMA number in a return confirmation e-mail. We will also provide detailed instructions on how to mail back your return, in this e-mail. 


Note: *Once issued, RMA numbers are only valid for the duration of time allowed for replacements or refunds.  The return merchandise will need to be post marked within the time frame stated above.


5) Next, you will need to send us the item, with the RMA number and form. Again, details on how and where to send the item back will be included in the RMA number confirmation e-mail that we send to you. 


*Returns must be shipped via USPS. The address to send the returns to is a P.O. Box, so the Post Office will not accept mail from any other carrier other than USPS. If you send a return via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or via any other carrier, it will be returned to you by the Post Office. You will then have to re-ship it to us, via USPS.


*We suggest using USPS Priority Flat Rate envelope for returns, as it usually will cost you no more than $6.00.


*We recommend purchasing delivery confirmation so that you can track the package for its expected arrival.


6) Once we receive the package…


If you requested a refund: We’ll credit your credit your full payment, minus the 15% restocking fee, within 5 business days. It takes about 2-3 business days, after we credit you, for the credit to be processed.

If you requested a replacement: We’ll issue you your replacement within 5 business days. That means that the replacement will leave our facility within 5 business days of receipt of the return. It then takes approximately 2-3 business days to reach you, in accordance with USPS Priority Mail time frame. 


Replacements will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We cannot overnight replacement items.
